How long have you been in the industry?
Over 25 years. I started in 1999 and have not stopped since. I have seen every version of Windows come and go, the birth of smartphones, the arrival of SSDs and now AI. Keeping up to date is part of the job.
Do you work alone or do you have a team?
I work alone. That means you are always attended to directly by me — not a different technician each time. I know your situation from the very first moment.
Do you come to my home or do I bring the device in?
Both options are available. For jobs that require workshop tools (disk replacement, hardware repairs) you can bring it in or I can collect it. For software issues, virus removal and system reinstalls I can also come to your home.
Do I pay if the problem cannot be fixed?
No. If after diagnosis the device has no viable solution, or you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you pay nothing for the assessment. No small print.
Do you also build websites for small businesses?
Yes, it is an important part of what I do. I design WordPress websites for freelancers and small businesses, with local SEO included so you appear on Google when someone searches in your area.
